Terms of Trade

o            Price Validity Period :

  • The price as given on our price list are only within a specific period   .

o            Teams of Payment or Team of trade :

  1. For all sales within Europe,
  • We only accept ( Trade) 50 -60% deposit payment within 4 working days after the date of issuing of Proforma Invoice ( Sales Invoice) and the balance payment will be after 5-8 days after Confirmation of supply by buyers and at client’s location or sight.
  • 2. For Sales outside of Europe zone,
  •  we work 50-70% Down Payment in 4 working days after the date of issuing of Proforma Invoice (Sales Invoice), 20% after receipt of Bill of Lading and balance % will be within 5-8 days after Confirmation of supply by buyers and at client’s location..

Teams we don’t accept

  • No, we don’t accept LC payment , we don’t accept CAD , only 50% balance is accepted as Cash On

o            Delivery.

Ø.  Intercoms & Port of Loading;

  • Ex-work, CIF or CNF or FOB and DAP ( Our Facility),DDP.

Ø Order Depart Time:     The departure Time For all Shipment will depend on the  type of product order,

  • For products that needs to be  produce, the time of Departure will depend on the production time frame.
  • For already produce wood, the departure time will be within 4-6 day for Road or Rail Delivery and up to 8-50 days for Sea Rout Delivery, which will be after confirmation payments (upon receiving TT Swift)/.

Ø Lead Time;

Within Europe, the Lead Time is 4-10 days, out of Europe zone, by sea 10 – 50 days, depending on the location.

Ø Delivery Document to be provided before arrival;

  • Standard international shipping documents By Sea:
  • Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Analysis issued by manufacturer, Certificate of Origin issued by manufactures any other Certification if required by custom.
  • Standard international standard shipping documents By Road or Railway transport: CMR, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Analysis issued by manufacturer, Certificate of Origin issued by manufacture and any other certificate if required by custom.

  • All certificates are provided during delivery of the product in question to the buyer as soon as the documents are read, Hard by hand or DHL and soft copy by email.
